There are 2 types of rubber wrapping roller technology. The traditional rubber wrapping technology, such as hot vulcanization technology, mainly vulcanizes its rubber with the roller through the vulcanization tank to ensure the bonding strength between the rubber wrapping panel and the roller. The second is cold vulcanization technology, which uses a special cold vulcanization method to directly CZPT its roller with the rubber wrapping panel, which can be used for on-site rubber wrapping, underground rubber wrapping, etc, Its technology is more advanced, but also greatly reduces the labor cost.

Manufacturing process: generally, in terms of the main shaft of the drum, it can be divided into the following 2 types according to the load: (1) the mandrel only bears bending moment, such as the shaft of the drum group; (2) The rotating shaft bears bending moment and torque at the same time, such as the shaft of the transmission drum group; The material of the shaft is generally rolled or forged carbon steel or alloy steel. The usual material is medium carbon steel. No. 45 steel is the most commonly used. For the shaft with large stress and limited size, and some shafts with special requirements, alloy steel can be used. The material is 40 chromium. According to the needs, the shaft generally needs heat treatment or surface strengthening treatment, In order to improve its mechanical properties and wear resistance, the difference of elastic modulus between alloy steel and carbon steel is very small at general temperature, so the use of alloy steel can not improve the stiffness of the shaft; The shaft material is generally subject to quenching and tempering treatment. For the transmission drum group, when the shaft strength index does not meet the requirements, it can also be combined and quenched and tempered, and checked according to the allowable stress of symmetrical circular bending; The technical requirements for shell design are: (1) when the shell is curled, it must follow the rolling direction of the steel plate; (2) The misalignment at the joint shall not be greater than 1mm; (3) Ultrasonic or X-ray flaw detection must be carried out for the longitudinal weld after the drum is coated with glue: ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out for 10%, and the weld shall reach grade II in the standard; Radiographic flaw detection starts from 1 end and detects 20% of the total length. The weld reaches grade II of the national standard. If the flaw detection length is doubled and still unqualified, full-length flaw detection shall be carried out until it meets the requirements; (4) The roundness tolerance of the rolled shell shall not exceed 0.5; (5) Material: Q235 section steel with yield strength of 235 n / m2; For medium-sized drum group and light-duty drum group, when the outer diameter of the hub is greater than 220mm, cast steel shall be used. For light-duty drum group, when the outer diameter of the hub is less than 220mm, hot-rolled round steel shall be used, which shall meet the national standard.

Adding more loops to the rope will reduce the effort required to pull the weight. The mechanical advantage of a fixed pulley is proportional to the number of strands running to the free pulley. A 100-pound pull on the free end will lift a 300-pound load.

A compound pulley will have the ideal mechanical advantage of 2, which means it will generate more force than a simple pulley. Composite pulleys are also more efficient at transmitting force because their number of rope segments is usually equal to the unit weight.
Composite pulley systems use more than 2 pulleys and ropes. More pulleys will reduce the force required to move heavier objects. They are usually used in large sailboats. The system is also used on construction sites. It can be used for a variety of applications, including lifting large objects or transmitting electricity. You can imagine how it would change your life if you had to move a large sailboat, but the result would be the same: a composite pulley system would make it easier to lift a large sailboat.
Composite pulleys are also known as fixed pulleys. The fixed pulley is stationary, and the movable pulley moves back and forth. The latter is more effective when used with a detachable cord or strap. To calculate the force required to pull the rope over the pulley, measure the angle and deflection between the ropes. The deflection angle when added to the included angle should equal 180 degrees. A 75 degree angle requires 159% of the load force. This means a total load multiplier of four. This formula is an important tool for calculating the force multiple of the pulley.

Disadvantages of fixed pulleys
